LaBarge Weinstein LLP, a leading business law firm, is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our busy corporate law practice in our Ottawa office. We are also looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Vancouver.

In this position you will work primarily on merger and acquisitions and financing transactions for private companies.  You will also have responsibility for servicing day-to-day corporate, securities and commercial needs of clients.

Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of experience in business, mergers and acquisitions, and financing law.  In addition, experience in securities and real estate law would be an asset.
