Canopy Growth Corporation Acquires Ebbu
Ebbu Inc., a leader in hemp research and innovation, has been acquired by Canopy Growth Corporation. According to the press release, the “Intellectual Property and R&D advancements achieved by Ebbu’s team apply directly to Canopy Growth’s hemp and THC-rich cannabis genetic breeding program and its cannabis-infused beverage capabilities.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Canopy with a team that included Debbie Weinstein, Shane McLean, and Chris Dittrich.
