North Strategic recently aquired by MSLGROUP

Canada’s fastest growing PR and social media agency, North Strategic, was recently acquired by MSLGROUP. The agency will be aligned with Publicis Groupe, a part of Publicis Communications in Canada.

North Strategic provides mass media coverage, social media management, brand strategy and storytelling to effectively propel client businesses since their founding in 2011.

MSLGROUP is Publicis Groupe’s strategic communications and engagement group and is the largest PR network in Europe, China and India.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to North Strategic with a team that included Michael Sami, Estelle Duez, Lawrence Weinstein, Michael Morgan, Dineen Beath and Nick Jasperse.
