Canadian On-Demand Delivery Platform Tyltgo Raises $2.3 Million Seed Financing

Leading on-demand courier service company, Tyltgo, recently raised a $2.3 million seed financing round, led by TI Platform Management with participation of Y Combinator and Angel Investor, Charles Songhurst. Tyltgo plans to use the investment to accelerate expansion across Ontario.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Tyltgo with a team that included Kyle Lavender and Stephanie Benedict.
