Just Vertical, Toronto based startup, received an equity investment from District Ventures Capital. Just Vertical’s mission is to build sustainable food systems in cities by offering consumers indoor garden systems, in the guise of a mid-century-modern credenza, which take up only two square feet and can grow ten pounds of produce a month.

Just Vertical’s vertical farming and hydroponic growing systems address many of the shortcomings of traditional farming, particularly around sustainability and food quality.
