Raj is an associate with the Corporate, Financing and M&A team in our Ottawa office. He advises both investors and technology companies in a range of areas throughout a startup’s lifecycle, including formation, day-to-day corporate matters, raising capital, and acquisitions.

Raj went to law school in Edmonton at the University of Alberta, where he co-founded a program for law students to give free legal help to local startups.

An Ottawa native, he first joined LaBarge Weinstein through the Student Program. He completed his summer student term in 2022 and his articling term in 2024.
