Mohammed is an associate in the Corporate, Financing and M&A team in our Ottawa office. With a practice that covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, Mohammed advises investors and technology companies alike.

Mohammed first joined LaBarge Weinstein as a summer student in 2022 and subsequently completed his articles with the firm in 2024, after graduating with a Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Mohammed was a student caseworker at the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic, as well as a Senior Editor and Director of Internal Affairs at the Osgoode Hall Law Journal.

Prior to pursuing law, Mohammed obtained an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
