Calian Completes Acquisition of Decisive Group and Confirms Filing of Audited Financial Statements

Calian® Group Ltd, a versatile company specializing in healthcare, communications, learning, and cybersecurity solutions, has successfully completed the acquisition of Decisive Group for a sum of up to CAD$74.7 million.

Kevin Ford, CEO of Calian, expressed satisfaction with the acquisition, emphasizing shared values and the alignment of this move with the company’s growth strategy. The acquisition positions Calian to offer robust managed services to a broader range of customers in both industry and government sectors, enhancing their presence in the IT and cyber business.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Calian Group with a team that included Debbie Weinstein, Natalie Grant, Lisa Trader and Katherine Morrice.
