Eclipsys Solutions Inc. (Eclipsys), based in Ottawa, Ontario, has been acquired by DSP, a leading UK-based data management and Cloud platform management partner specializing in Oracle solutions. This acquisition expands the Eclipsys brand into the European market, transforming it into a multinational provider of Oracle technology and services. The move also enhances DSP’s resources, positioning it for expansion across North America. Eclipsys, with a history of providing Oracle solutions in Canada’s Public Sector and Commercial sector, brings deep expertise in the Oracle suite to drive significant business value for clients.
