Lisa is a Senior Corporate Law Clerk who manages the Corporate Services Department. She has been with LaBarge Weinstein LLP since 2003. While Lisa’s main focus is on assisting clients through M&A transactions, she has extensive corporate experience advising start-ups through the incorporation process, assisting both private and public entities with documenting various corporate transactions and offering support with initial public offerings. Lisa drafts documents for tax and corporate reorganizations, extra-provincial registrations across Canada, registrations to conduct business in various U.S. states and the incorporation and maintenance of non-profit organizations.
