Declan joined LaBarge Weinstein’s Technology & Intellectual Property group in 2016. He assists clients with their intellectual property, licensing and technology law needs. Previously working at Leman Solicitors in Dublin, Ireland, Declan brought with him extensive experience in information technology, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law.

Declan holds a degree in Commerce (Management Information Systems) from University College Dublin and a Masters in Management Science. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Law Society of BC.
