CrowdCare Corporation Raises $3.5 Million
CrowdCare Corporation today announced they have raised an additional $3.5 million to further advance the deployment of Wysdom, a real-time context based self-care solution for the connected world. This round of funding was led by Extreme Venture Partners (EVP), one of Canada’s most successful venture capital funds focused on mobile, with participation from existing investors including Mantella Ventures Partners.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Extreme Venture Partners with a team that included Shane McLean and Michael Sami.
