BTI acquired by Juniper Networks

BTI Systems, provider of cloud and metro networking systems and software to content, cloud and service providers, has been acquired by Juniper Networks in a deal announced today.

Juniper said that the combination of BTI Systems’ accomplished team, innovative and open solutions with Juniper’s longstanding switching and IP routing expertise positions the company well to take advantage of the fast growing DCI and Metro markets.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to BTI Systems with a team that included Debbie Weinstein, Dan Scott, Estelle Duez, Emma Mohns, Mike Morgan, Meaghan Mahadeo, Laura Venasse and Jacquie Lee.
