Nexonia acquires ExpenseWatch

Toronto-based Nexonia, a provider of web and mobile business financial management solutions, has acquired ExpenseWatch, a spend management solution provider.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Nexonia with a team that included Michael Sami, Kyle Lavender, Laura Venasse, Mike Morgan and Estelle Duez.
