Bonfire Interactive Acquired by GTY Technology Holdings

It’s official…Bonfire Interactive has been acquired by GTY Technology Holdings. The deal was first announced back in September. The transaction was part of a merger that included five other leading SaaS companies and an IPO for GTY Technology Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GTYH).

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Bonfire with a team that included James Smith, Estelle Duez, Laura Venasse, Lisa Trader, and Zack Caverson.
