Calian Group Ltd. recently acquires two Ottawa-based health companies

Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY) has recently acquired Allphase Clinical Research Services Inc. and Alio Health Services Inc. (collectively “Allphase/Alio”). These two Ottawa-based companies aid in serving the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and will help Calian access new customer segments and innovative services.

Headquartered in Ottawa, Calian employs over 3,400 people that help the company deliver diverse capabilities through four unique segments: Advanced Technologies, Health, Learning and Information Technology.

Allphase/Alio serve hospitals, clinics, home care locations and large pharmaceutical customers through high quality clinical development management and patient support programs in all major Canadian markets.
