Canopy Growth Corporation acquires Germany’s C3 Cannabinoid Compound Company

Canopy Growth Corporation acquired German-based, Bionorica SE-founded C³Cannabinoid Compound Company (“C³“) in an all cash-acquisition for €225.9 million (CDN $342.9 million).  LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Canopy with a team that includes Shane McLean and Heather Lovell.
