CIX 2012: Another Successful Entrepreneurial Event

Earlier this week, the Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX) was held at MaRS Discovery District in Toronto. This one-day event attracted entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, service providers, government, and media.

According to David Crow, who sits of the CIX Advisory Board, “The focus in 2012 was about providing meaningful content and experiences for entrepreneurs. This is a change from the past where you might argue that the focus was on the investors attending.”

The program included keynotes, panel discussions, and networking but most importantly, a showcase of Canada’s most innovative companies working in Digital Media and Information and Communication Technology, as selected by the CIX selection committee.
