Dash Hudson Raises $1 Million
Earlier this week, Dash Hudson, a mobile commerce company based in Halifax, announced the initial close of its seed round. The $1 million financing included participation from institutional and angel investors, including Innovacorp and GoInstant co-founders Jevon MacDonald and Gavin Uhma.
James Smith of LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Dash Hudson.
