Elliptic Technologies Acquired by Synopsys
Yesterday, Synopsys, Inc. announced that they acquired Ottawa-based Elliptic Technologies, a leading provider of security IP cores and software solutions for mobile, automotive, digital home, Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing applications.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Elliptic with a team that included Debbie Weinstein, Daniel Scott, Taisha Lewis, and Leigh-Anne Norris.
