Emerald Technology Ventures and Business Development Bank among several investors of Librestream Series D funding

Winnipeg-based Librestream recently closed a $24 million Series D round, led by Canadian Businness Growth fund and with participation from Pender Fund, Export Development Canada, Emerald Technology Ventures and Business Development Canada.

The funding will be used to launch Libresteam into new verticals and markets while growing their headcount and further product development activities.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Emerald Technology Ventures, Pender Fund and BDC with a team that consisted of Kyle Lavender and Laura Venasse.
