Experis Acquires Majority Stake in Veritaaq
Experis, the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based solutions, and part of the ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) family of companies, has today announced it will acquire the majority ownership of Veritaaq in Canada. The transaction is expected to close in late September.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Veritaaq with a team that included Paul LaBarge, Daniel Scott, Tayyaba Khan, Emma Wilkin and Nicolas Joubert.
