Frank & Oak Raises a $15 Million Financing
Frank & Oak announced today that it has raised $15 million in a round led by Goodwater Capital. The Montreal-based online clothing retailer sells apparel to fashion-forward men between the ages of 20 and 35.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Frank & Oak with a team that included James Smith, Kyle Lavender, and Laura Venasse.
