FreshBooks Raises $30 Million
Toronto-based FreshBooks has raised a $30 million funding round from Oak Investment Partners with participation from Atlas Venture and Georgian Partners.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to FreshBooks with a team that included James Smith, Michael Morgan, and Taisha Lewis.
