Kik Interactive Raises $50 Million Series D Financing

Yesterday, Kik Interactive – creator of the chat network Kik, announced that they raised a $50 million Series D financing. The round was led by China’s Tencent Holdings Ltd.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Kik with a team that included James Smith, Kyle Lavender, Tayyaba Khan, and Sam Gregg-Wallace.
