MediaMiser Acquired by Innodata
Yesterday, MediaMiser announced that they have been acquired by Innodata. “Together we’re planning to accomplish great things in the world of media monitoring and analysis,” said Chris Morrison, President at MediaMiser. “We’ll continue operating under the MediaMiser banner, and our amazing staff at Ottawa HQ will continue working on cutting-edge software and providing the best customer service in our industry.”
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to MediaMiser with a team that included Michael Dunleavy, Estelle Duez, Michael Morgan, Daniel Scott, Suzanne Pellerin, and Laura Venasse.
