Planetary Technologies secures $15.8 million CAD in Series A funding to alkalize oceans and tackle climate change

Halifax-based ocean technology startup Planetary Technologies has raised $11.4 million USD ($15.8 million CAD) in its Series A round to advance its ocean alkalization initiatives aimed at combating climate change.

The round was led by cleantech-focused venture firm Evok Innovations, with support from BDC Capital, Amplify Capital, and others.
