ProntoForms Closes $5.77 Million in Private Placements
ProntoForms Corporation (TSX VENTURE: PFM) is pleased to announce that it has closed the bought deal private placement financing, selling 13,880,000 units including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option, at an issue price of $0.38 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the company of $5,274,400. The Offering was co-led by Beacon Securities Limited and PI Financial Corp. on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters.
