Sale of BTI Systems to Juniper Networks complete

The previously announced planned acquisition of BTI Systems by Juniper Networks is complete, as noted in a blog post.

The acquisition of BTI, a provider of cloud and metro network technology to content, cloud and service providers, will “pave the way for Juniper to help drive the industry toward a more open, automated and highly efficient IP and optical transport network,” said a statement from Juniper.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to BTI Systems with a team that included Debbie Weinstein, Dan Scott, Estelle Duez, Emma Mohns, Mike Morgan, Meaghan Mahadeo, Laura Venasse and Jacquie Lee.
