Standard Innovation Corporation Acquired by Womanizer

In early June, Standard Innovation Corporation, the manufacturer of the world’s number one vibrator for couples, We-Vibe®, was acquired by Womanizer, Europe’s leading manufacturer of intimate stimulation devices. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
