SWTCH Energy Inc. recently closes $1.1 million CAD seed round

Electric vehicle (EV) charging and energy management startup, SWTCH Energy Inc., recently closed a $1.1 million CAD seed round, led by IBI Group with participation from Active Impact Investments, Cogito Capital, Export Development Canada (EDC) and Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE).

SWTCH plans to utilize the funds to establish themselves as a leading EV charging and energy management company while expanding their product offering to metropolitan areas across North America.

LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to SWTCH Energy Inc, with a team that included Kyle Lavender and Chris Dittrich.
