Amanda has approximately 18 years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk. She has broad knowledge of corporate law, ranging from incorporations, amalgamations, continuances (federal and provincial) to reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions (both share and assets), business name registrations, partnerships and corporate maintenance among many others.
