In her career she provided hands-on legal consulting for small businesses, startups and the investors who support them. Her diverse background includes working in a top-tier commercial law firm, where she advised a wide range of clients, both local and international, from the public and private sectors, on matters related to private equity, venture finance, project finance and infrastructure transactions. She has also worked as the Head of Legal in a venture capital firm leading legal, compliance, risk management team and private equity infrastructure fund.
