Lisa joined the firm in June 2006 as a legal assistant before moving to the Corporate and Financing department as a clerk in February 2011. Her primary focus is Federal and Provincial incorporations, as well as corporate maintenance and corporate structure changes.

Having graduated from the legal administration program at Algonquin College in 1999, Lisa worked as a civil litigation assistant at another national law firm in Ottawa before joining LaBarge Weinstein.
