Natalie is an associate with the Corporate, Financing and M&A team in our Ottawa office. She first joined LaBarge Weinstein through The Student Program, where she completed her summer student term in 2018 and her articling term in 2020.

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from her HBSc in 2016, Natalie attained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2019, where she received the Osgoode Society Prize in Canadian Legal History for finishing top 10 in her graduating class. During her time at law school, Natalie was a student caseworker in the Tenant Division at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic as well as a student mentor in the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program.

Outside of being an active member on corporate transactions, Natalie is an avid lover of the outdoors. She can generally be found camping, hiking and staying active.
