Nathaniel joined LaBarge Weinstein in early 2023, and his practice is focused on tax law and related corporate law issues. Nathaniel provides all manner of support for our clients as a part of the tax group and has been approved as a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law by the Law Society of Ontario. Nathaniel can support and advise the firm’s clients whether pro-actively or through his extensive formal CRA dispute experience. A regular day will see him advising our lawyers in an M&A transaction, while also speaking with the Canada Revenue Agency’s agents on behalf of our clients. He has worked in tax since getting his articles at a boutique tax firm in 2014.

Nathaniel began his focus at Osgoode Hall Law School by completing the Taxation Law Curricular Stream, and will have completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course in mid-2023.
