Top Hat Raises $10.5 Million
Education startup Top Hat has raised a $10.5 million Series B funding round led by Georgian Partners and including previous investors Emergence Capital Partners and iNovia Capital. This round brings Top Hat’s total funding to $20 million.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Top Hat with a team that included James Smith and Kyle Lavender.
