Tweed and Bedrocan to Merge
Earlier today, Tweed Marijuana Inc. and Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. announced that they have have agreed to merge. It is an all-stock acquisition by Tweed that values Bedrocan at $61 million based on the $1.80 per share closing price of the TMI shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on June 23, 2015. The transaction will close in August.
LaBarge Weinstein is acting for Tweed with a team that includes Debbie Weinstein, Daniel Scott, Kyle Lavender, Tayyaba Khan, and Nick Jasperse.
