Vancouver’s Cmd Raises a $15 Million USD Series B
On Tuesday, February 26, Cmd announced that they closed a $15 million USD Series B financing led by Google Ventures. The funding also featured participation from Expa and Amplify Partners.
LaBarge Weinstein acted as counsel to Cmd with a team that included James Smith, Jordan Potechin, Chris Dittrich, and Dustin Moores.
